Co- InvestorJust an hour walk upward from both sides of the Resort are many excellent view points. This here is one of them that shows a great view of the Annapurna IV range just above and out of the narrow Middim Khola Valley and right above our resort. Our Resort Guides are happy to take senior guests who do not desire to do long and time consuming treks around Annapurna  on various day excursion or even only for some hours per day. We are looking for Participants who want to help us to start a specific program for SENIOR TRAVELERS and/ or  Retreat -Guests. Agents from the Hospitality Industry are welcome to become partners  of Middim Khola Resort.
 
There are more ways than that. The Middim Khola Resort is also available for long term Time Share Rent-Out during Trekking Season and the interested Party may run the Resort entirely alone against a good and reasonable 3-monthly rent, 6 monthly rent, even for an entire year or longer. Negotiable. Contact us if you have a good business plan for your own guests or target group from any country in the world.
 
Individuals who not want to do business but only want to have a retirement spot can also rent one or more of our many cottages or buildings  with or without a piece of Gardening Land and fruit trees etc. for a reasonable price for long term if they follow the rules and regulations for a Nepal-  Visa.
 
This of course  applies not only for Foreigners. Nepalese Elders who would like to live here are warmly welcome to rent property inside the Middim Khola Resort from us for a reasonable price that has to be negotiated first in mutual understanding. However...we will have the right to reject an offer under the following circumstances: Pleasant character is of course required. We will draft rules together in good understanding.  We do not want sour faced grumpy old goats running around here as internal neighbors.
