Any Organization, NGO, Society, Social Club, Spiritual Society, Out Door Sport Clubs or Business Entrepreneurs.....you name it, can hire the entire resort  at certain times of the year to run it all for themselves.

In such case the SAR DOG Academy staff  and their dogs will move out into the country elsewhere to conduct their high altitude training or their Urban Search and Rescue ( earthquake preparedness) training for the period that the Resort is hired out.

The income that we generate from such Tim Share is fully going to support our Search and Rescue Dog Handlers Academy SARDOGS NEPAL NFP (Not For Profit)

You  may take over the kitchen and lodge facility, the farm lands and the sport facilities and just do your desired  program. You may  or may not also hire our caretaker staff for no extra costs during your Seminary, Retreat or any other program.

Recommended at least for our 2 care taker women who keep the surroundings clean and need and feed our farm animals like our country chicken and  the fish in our 5 fish ponds.

That work is done daily in the mornings and evenings.

For the rest of the day you may use their service if you like; such as sending them to the market to buy some groceries or extra food supply etc. or ask their help as porters to carry your belongings too- and from the side. See also  the  OUR STAFF page in the menu of our web site.

First who comes is first. If you approach us at the end or the beginning of a year and are the first party to book the entire place, then all other programs in these months are considered fully booked and this will be announced at our website in all program chapters.

If you happen to book during the two trekking seasons then the profit from passer by trekkers or trekking groups is yours. There is enough space to entertain over night guests in separate buildings or giving them a camp side. The resort is large enough. We have 2.1 hectare of land.

You may sell also to them from your meals. Just let them participate for breakfast lunch or dinner from your own food supply that you have to purchase beforehand for your own guests and ask what ever is reasonable for you to be paid.

Any seasonal crops or fruit from our over 100 fruit trees of different kinds and season that are in and around our farmland during that time is yours for free consumption.

We have mangoes, star fruit, bananas, papaya ,grapefruit, lemons, oranges, khaki fruit, grapes, lychee's, peaches, Nepalese (Naspati) peers, sweet black and yellow berries, guavas and passion fruits.

Do not forget that our kitchen runs on our cooking gas cylinders, which you can refill in near by Bhorletar or Ram Bazaar (each village has an extended market place and lays to the south approximately 1.5 hours walk away).

Here the two helper women will be glad to help you out as porters. They are used to do this all the time.

How much does this Time Share cost's  depends on how long you plan to rent the resort. The longer the period the more discount you can gain.

The small package is between 1 and 5 weeks only and if you want to stay longer then this schedule of costs,  as seen below, repeats itself again.

Therefore it is far cheaper to go for a larger package if you have plans to stay longer than this.

You may also decide to do this step by step if you let us know this in time.

For all packages below 25  % is payable one month in advance and the balance is due in our Pokhara Office a day before  your guests or participants are arriving at the resort.

This is because  our SAR Dog Squad , their gear and dogs etc. have to shift to a new location in time and need this advance money for transport costs and food supply.

Our figures for renting our place:

1 week US  Dollar 8,000,-

2  weeks US Dollar 15,000,-

3  weeks US Dollar 21,000,-

4 weeks US Dollar 26,000,-

5 weeks US  Dollar 30,000,-

From here onward that schedule would start afresh again if this small package is chosen to continue.

Our medium package is simply for 6 full months and far cheaper:

6 Months:   48,000,- US Dollar

The large Package is for a full calendar year

and is US Dollar 78,000,-

This is the annual budget needed for our Not For Profit SARDOGS NEPAL Search and Rescue Dog Handlers Academy to conduct their work in Nepal. In this case you are actually a supporter of our Disaster Response Unit for Nepal.

In such a case you should appoint your own managing director for te Middim Khola Resort and together with our own legal advisor  we will fix him/ her a multiple entry business visa for one full year in the Department of Industry of Nepal if he/she is a foreigner.
